Richie O’Donovan cut his competitive teeth on the 2005 Metropolitan Cup winning team. He has since gone on to win the East of Ireland championship and to represent Ireland in the Home Internationals. The question now being asked is whether the current team contains our next amateur star. Opinions vary as to who that may be. Some think that Richie’s younger brother may be the one.
