The 2011 mixed season ended last Friday evening after 23 weeks. There was a full timesheet for the last night. We heard on the night that the average turn out over the 23 weeks was 55 competitors. All present enjoyed a great night. After the golf we enjoyed the special menu put on each Friday night in the restaurant and then danced the night away to some great music.
The final event of the season was won by Liz Foley and Christy Fitzgerald with a great score of 31.25. In their acceptance speech they echoed the thoughts of all present by thanking the organisers and hoping they will continue the good work next year.
