Live coverage of the All-Ireland semi-final against Mountbellew will commence from mid morning on tomorrow Saturday as soon as our reporters reach the course. The exact nature of the coverage will depend on the communications coverage available to us on the course. I think this coverage may only be for Tony and Phil as everyone else seems to be heading for Kilkenny for the 1.30pm Tee-Off.

The plan is to provide 2 posts for the website. The 1st will be a static post which will give the draw for the match showing the handicaps of each of the players. This is important as it will determine who has shots where. This post will also contain a course map and the indices of each of the holes.

It might be necessary to refer to this post over the course of the day.

The 2nd post will provide a blow by blow account of the match from start to finish. If we are updating facebook also then it will be announced on this post.

We look forward to seeing the vast majority of our members and their families and friends in Kilkenny and feeling the positive energy of those who can’t being transmitted telepathically to the course.
