The golfing season is about to tee off in earnest with a number of inter-club matches scheduled for next month.

Firstly, lets introduce the 2012 Team Managers for the Ladies Section:

The draws for the East Leinster District are available on the ILGU web-site www.ilgu.ie.  Go to East Leinster, East Championships and follow the links from there.

The draw for the Irish Mixed Foursomes is available on www.gui.ie.  Go to Leinster, Cups & Shields and follow links from there. 

The Miele and Mark Bloom draws will be published later.

Here at a glance is a list of the Preliminary and 1^st round draws for Lucan.  Note them in your diary.

Ladies, if you are interested in being considered to play on any of the teams for the coming season you should enter your name on the Team Sheet as posted in the Ladies Locker Room.  Please get your name up on or before the Drive-In on the 17^th March.

Lady Captain Patricia and her Team Managers look forward to having as wide a panel as possible from which to make their selection for each team.  They are also hoping for the usual support in great numbers for the above and subsequent matches.  If selected to represent the club, remember, wear the club colours with pride.

1. The time allowable for online booking on the BRS system will be reduced from 3 minutes to 2 minutes as and from next Tusady 21st Feb. It is felt that this is a more than adequate duration as tests have shown that on average most people complete the process in less than 1 minute.

2. The competition start and finishing times are also being adjusted as follows to facilitate a greater number of players on each day. The changes are as follows.
